15th Annual Rhoades Classic: Saturday January 3rd @ Lebanon Valley College

The 15th annual Rhoades Classic Boys’ Basketball event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 3, at Sorrentino Gymnasium at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and games begin at 3:00 p.m. The event is open to the public with a one-time $5 admission fee. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Rhoades Foundation.
Game times for the event are as follows:
- Cedar Crest vs. Lower Dauphin – 3:00
- Hershey vs. Conestoga Valley – 4:30
- Palmyra vs. Penn Manor – 6:00
There is also a silent auction with all proceeds benefiting the Rhoades Foundation.
The Rhoades Foundation is a charitable organization that awards academic scholarships to deserving students. The organization is named after the late Senator James J. Rhoades, who died in a car accident in 2008. Senator Rhoades was passionate about education and athletics. His son, Mike, was an All-American Basketball player at Lebanon Valley College (1995) who is currently the head coach at Penn State.
