Ya’Majesty Washington (Warwick)-1,000 Career Points

Written by: Andy Herr on February 1, 2026

On Friday, in their league playoff-clinching victory on the road at E-town, Warwick’s win was memorable in another way as it saw Warriors’ senior Ya’Majesty Washington eclipse the 1,000-point milestone over the course of his four-year varsity career.

Aside from being the 10th Warwick player in program history to do so following his inclusion into the club on Friday night, Washington becomes just the second Warrior to reach 1,000 points over the last two decades in joining former teammate and 2025 alum, Caleb Johnsen.

Prior to his coronation on Friday, Washington was seeing play his best ball of the season as evidenced by his nothing but double-digit scoring performances ever since the calendar flipped to January, highlighted by back-to-back 35- and 31-point performances against fellow Section Two heavyweights Conestoga Valley and Cocalico respectively last week.

We salute Ya’Majesty on this accomplishment and wish him well both for the remainder of his senior season, but also for wherever the basketball road takes him from here.
