Jon Shay (Annville-Cleona)- 1,000 Career Points

In their Monday night season finale at home against Camp Hill, Annville-Cleona senior center, Jon Shay, eclipsed the 1,000-point plateau over the course of his Dutchmen career. With the achievement, Shay now becomes just the 10th player in A-C history to make the club, joining alongside his fellow senior classmate, Elisha Slabach, who also went over 1,000 points for his career just a few weeks ago. Additionally, Shay’s basketball honor pairs nicely with his football accolades as well, the sport which he will play collegiately while at Shippensburg University this upcoming fall, as he was able to receive All-State recognition for his senior campaign while on the gridiron which saw him rush for over 1,000 yards throughout the 2024 season in leading A-C’s option-based attack. Congrats to Jon!
