Governor Mifflin Goes To 6-0, 55-39 Over Exeter Twp.

(Shillington) Being undefeated this late in the season has not been the norm for Governor Mifflin basketball. In fact, you can count the seasons this century on one hand the Mustangs have been 5-0 to start a season. A (5-0) Exeter Twp squad came across town Thursday night in the league opener for both teams. The Mustangs jumped out to a quick lead and never trailed in beating Exeter Twp 55-39

Justin Spotts was once again a force inside for Mifflin and led the Mustangs with 21 points Bryce Harman chipped in 11 Matt Davidheiser paced the Eagles with 21

Mifflin started fast in quarter one

A very fast paced first quarter ended with Mifflin in front by nine

The Mifflin offense performed at a high level in quarter three and extended the lead 40-27 after three quarters
