 12th Annual Rhoades Classic: January 9th at Lebanon Valley

            Annville, PA – January 9, 2022 – The 12th annual Rhoades Classic Boys’ Basketball event will take place on Sunday, Jan. 9, at Arnold Gymnasium at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and games begin at 1:00 p.m. The event is open to the public with a one-time $5 admission fee. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Rhoades Foundation.

Game times for the event are as follows:

3:00- Cedar Crest vs. Lower Dauphin
4:30 – Lebanon vs. Palmyra
6:00-Northern Lebanon vs Donegal

There is also a silent auction with all proceeds benefiting the Rhoades Foundation.

The Rhoades Foundation is a charitable organization that awards academic scholarships to deserving students. The organization is named after the late Senator James J. Rhoades, who died in a car accident in 2008. Senator Rhoades was passionate about education and athletics.  His son, Mike, was an All-American Basketball player at Lebanon Valley College (1995), and is currently the head coach at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
