LLhoops re-design….
We released the new design this past week. We are working thru some issues that have come up but the new design provides followers with cleaner viewing, a new scoreboard and standings. All of our beats has their own category as well. Currently on the main page, there appears the newest 5 posts. They cycle through, but one can click on the white dots to access the other posts. There is also the magnifying glass search icon for the entire site. To get to the latest post, one must click on the image provided. The latest tweets from LLhoops will appear on the sub pages. Special thanks to Circle W Sports for the new layout and IT support. Press Release.

Scoreboard
To access the scoreboard, click on the score board, then the week. This will give you all the scheduled for the games. We will post scores on this page. Once they are posted, then the standings and team pages will automatically update. We plan on just using this tab in the future for out scores.

TJ, Andy, and Dell
We did a brief zoom about the current state of the LL. Here is the LINK.
Andy checked off year 10 of seeing each team in the LL at least once. He coverage helps promote the entire league, plus we lean on Andy as we go thru and choose our all LLhoops teams at the end of the season. TJ brings his experience of covering high school hoops as he uses tweets and interviews to make his stories very interesting. Dell is still coming from a coaches point of view. Each of the LL writers puts their stamp on games when posting to llhoops.com.

200 me
Coach Jim Shipper gathers number 200 as a head coach this past week with a Conestoga Valley win over Etown. Coach Shipper will join us on a zoom interview this week. Congrats Coach!

Congrats! Images from Emily Shipper

LLhoops live stream
On January 9, LLhoops live streamed the Cedar Crest at TWP game. It was a beauty as Crest survived a scare from TWP in a double OT Classic. LINK.

This week, we are planning on covering Columbia at Lancaster Mennonite on Friday Jan 19th. LINK.

On Saturday our crew is heading to Manheim Central – Doe Run Elementary School. These games will be on the NFHS network. One must have a subscription in order to watch the games. The first game will be Columbia vs. Middletown at noon. If you sign up for one game, you can stream all the other games. There is a monthly fee, ($12) which gives you the ability to watch any NFHS games across the state and nation. You can sign up ahead of time as well. LINK. Each game is a separate link. Here is the llhoops page LINK to all the games for the NFHS.

Around the LL…
