LL tie breakers- 2022-23

Ed note: Here are the tie-breakers for 2022-23 season.

1. Section ties for first

2. There are no more Section Champion Tie-Breaker Games. Teams tied for 1st place will be declared Section Champs (Co, Tri, etc.) For seeding purposes, the following criteria will be used to determine 1st and 2nd:

   1. Head-to-Head Competition

   2. District 3 Power Rating as of 9:00 AM the day after the last league play date

   3. Coin Flip

3. In the event of a tie between two(2) or more teams, the following criteria will be use to determine seeding for the L-L League Playoffs:

   1. Head-to-Head Competition

   2. District 3 Power Rating as of 9:00 AM the day after the last league play date

   3. Coin Flip

 

2. Section Runner-Up Tie-Breakers

1. Should any ties exist with any teams other than first place, the following criteria, in priority order, shall be used (IF league schedule includes section games only; no crossovers):

   1. Head-to-Head Competition

   2. District 3 Power Rating as of 9:00 AM the day after the last league play date

   3. Coin Flip
