N. Schuylkill Spartans defeated the Lebanon Cedars to claim third place in the Cedar Tip off.
The game was marred by multiple turnovers by both teams as it was difficult to establish a rhythm. The Cedars took and early lead at 7-2 off of a drive and a three ball by Braylon Beaver, 5’8” jn. The Spartans took control by ripping off a 14-3 run to end the quarters at 16-11.

The Cedars cut the lead to 2 points at 18-16 at the beginning of the 2nd period after a drive by Jaiden Mercado, 5’9” jn. The Spartans rode the hot shooting of Zane Zulkowski, 61” jn, as he netted 8 in the second period on his way to a team high 30. Zane scored multiple ways- threes, drives, follows, and pull up J’s. 31-21 at the half.

The scoring picked up in the third, but the Spartans outscored the Cedars 18-15. N. Schuylkill survived 2 T’s in the period – one on a player and one on the bench. The bench T forced Spartans Coach Brace to be seated for the rest of the game. However the Spartans righted their ship and coast in with a 66-45 W.
