District 3
LLhoops staff will update you on games this week and next. We will provide coverage of the tournament via our normal coverages. We might be able to live stream a final game or 2 if we can get the fees paid.
Here is the current schedule as of Feb. 18- LINK
Congrats….
To all LL teams that won’t be playing this week. What? Really. All teams put in the work, practice, prepare and compete. Some teams, when measured by W/L’s accomplished more than the previous year and some did not. This writer has been on both ends of a winning season and losing season. Trust me, it’s much tougher to keep the train rolling on a losing season.
LLhoops site…
The hits keep coming….This season we broke all of our past records for visitors and page views. Most come into the main page and then branch out- usually to our score and standing page. Our out of LL coverage continues to gather more followers each year as well (Neast, David Kehler, and Mid Penn Keystone). The LL girls live stream out drew the boys for the second year in a row :). We had over 2,000 uniques visitors on a single day last week. Our core followers averages around 500 per day. We will pick up some interest form other follower during the tournaments via X and the site. The google search is the nubmer one way people are finding us. Give it a try and see if there are many other LLhoops…a few but we are always the top search, so far.
App me?
This is a tease for sure. Circle W Sports is working on a mobile app for our site- another first for the LLhoops team. Stay tuned!
Best…
To all the LL teams entering the District 3 tournament this year. Hoping we get a bunch of the LL teams having a chance at a gold crown and qualifying for the PIAA tournament.
